More than 30 years in sales, business-building, brand strategy and leadership.
Fabian works with owner-led businesses and leadership teams to sharpen their story, build practical systems, open relationships and move commercial ideas into action. His perspective was shaped in Barbados, strengthened through years of work in the Dominican Republic and developed further in South Florida.
He brings an operator's instinct to the work. He cares about the idea, but he also asks who must act, what must change and how the business will carry the strategy after the meeting.
