1. Our target
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the practical standard for this website. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or third-party service is already fully conformant.
2. Measures included on this website
- A skip link for keyboard users.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive page titles.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Labels and instructions for form fields.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and larger text.
- Support for system reduced-motion preferences.
- A website accessibility panel for larger text, higher contrast and reduced motion.
3. Using the accessibility panel
Select the Accessibility button near the bottom of any page. You can increase the site's text size, strengthen contrast or reduce decorative movement. The settings are stored only in your browser and can be reset at any time.
These options support, but do not replace, accessibility built into your browser, operating system or assistive technology.
4. Testing and known limitations
The site is reviewed through code checks, keyboard review, responsive testing and visual inspection. We will continue testing as content, forms, video and additional Client Room capabilities are added.
Third-party content, embedded media or documents may not always meet the same standard. When we learn of a barrier within our control, we will work to correct it or provide the information in another usable format.
