Commercial strategy
Clarify the opportunity, the commercial logic, the decision-makers and the path from interest to action.
Strategic Advisory
BDYD helps leaders shape commercial opportunities, understand the market, find the right parties and coordinate the work needed to move forward.

Where we help
The work begins with a real business objective. From there, we build the right advisory scope around the market, the parties and the action required.
01
Clarify the opportunity, the commercial logic, the decision-makers and the path from interest to action.
02
Assess how a business can enter, operate or grow in a target market, including the relationships and local realities that matter.
03
Shape partnerships around a clear purpose, defined value for each party and practical responsibilities.
04
Support expansion across jurisdictions by connecting market understanding, commercial relationships and execution planning.
05
Identify relevant commercial parties, assess basic fit and make focused introductions when there is a credible reason to connect.
06
Keep people, information and next steps organized so legitimate commercial opportunities can move through a clear process.

Market reality
Access depends on readiness, local context, relevant relationships and a credible reason for the parties to move. We help clients see that whole system before they spend the introduction.
The process
01
Define the opportunity, the role BDYD should play and the decision that needs to be made.
02
Test the commercial logic, readiness, parties and obvious risks before energy is spent.
03
Identify and approach relevant relationships with a clear, credible reason for the conversation.
04
Organize communication, information and next steps while the parties do their own diligence.
05
Stay close to the work until the agreed advisory scope is complete.
Our role
BDYD is engaged for strategy, commercial business development, relationship-building and coordination. We do not take custody of client funds, offer investment products, or provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice.
When an engagement requires specialist opinions, regulated services or formal due diligence, the client retains appropriately qualified professionals. That keeps every party clear about its role.
